Firenze Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station is located in the historic centre of Florence, approximately 15 minutes' walk from the Florence Cathedral (Duomo). The station itself, designed by architect Giovanni Michelucci, is considered a masterpiece of Italian Rationalist architecture. Tram line T1 connects to the wider city.
Firenze Campo di Marte -- The Alternative Station
A small number of Trenitalia services (approximately six per day) arrive at Firenze Campo di Marte instead of the main SMN station. Campo di Marte is located east of the city centre, closer to the Stadio Artemio Franchi. Always check your ticket for the correct arrival station.
Fiumicino Airport Direct Service
